Putting rapamycin, even the uncrushed tablets, inside an enteric capsule allows the rapamycin to skip being disintegrated with stomach acids. That could increase the amount of rapamycin that is your absorbed dose. An enteric capsule is a special kind of pill capsule that omits dissolving at the stomach but that does dissolve at the small intestine.
Aliexpress . com has #1 (.5Gram) sized enteric capsules, 1000 for $11.88, that is a larger volume capsule than the enteric capsules at Amazon, $11.99/500 #0 capsules.
Bing Copilot says rapamycin is degraded with stomach acids.
I hope this doubles your absorbed dose of rapamycin, and doubles your rapamycin heightened longevity.

The regular tablets that you buy - whether they are Pfizer rapamune, or Zydus Sirolimus, Biocon sirolimus, or other Indian generic manufacturer all seem pretty good from a bioavailability standpoint - many of us have here have been using them for years without a problem.
The tablets have some sort of enteric coating, or micro crystals. More details here if you want: Rapamycin and NanoCrystal Formulations

With regard to your idea… the good news is that it would be pretty easy to test if this works, and if so, how well it works. Just to a blood sirolimus test (say after 24 hours from dosing) with the regular rapamycin tablet you are using, then again (e.g. the following week) 24 hours after dosing your special extra capsule with rapamycin inside it, and see if there is a difference in the blood sirolimus levels.
