Interesting paper on statin intolerance. They find a connection to cannabinoid receptors, and that cannabis is not a solution (my interpretation).
I believe the source paper for Bill Faloon’s article, can be found below:

Doesn’t matter, only the methodology does.
I just got my prescription for 10 mg daily Ezetimibe. Took the first dose last night. I had a hard time sleeping, but I don’t think it was the Ezetimibe (hopefully). No muscle soreness. Looks like we have a winner.
Unfortunately, it’ll only lower LDL cholesterol by 10-20%. Probably nearer to 10%. However, I’ll take it.
Next trial will be Bempedoic Acid.
Have you already tried very low doses of rosuvastatin like 2.5mg or even 1.25mg daily? In combination with ezetimibe even that should give you LDL reductions of nearly 40%.
I’d have to split the pills, and honestly it took me weeks to recover from those statins.
I may try a different statin in the future, bit for now, I am staying away from Rosuvastatin.
It is Ezetimibe! I also have hard time sleeping after I take it. Started taking it in the morning - it helps.
Really?!?! The higher energy is a bonus then.
