Insiders can, like it’s being done in all those prediction markets.

I suppose then the markets give a hint of what insiders know? Especially with something as a specific as clinical trials.

Probably, it also takes away the incentive for betting away. For rational people anyway.

finally, all those poor statisticians doing the data analysis in the pharma companies will finally get rich like the senior execs :wink:
