Given how studies generally show a positive trend towards higher bone density with vitamin K2 MK7 I don’t think the form is wrong or underdosed. Rather, K7 has no effect on plaque calcification because it’s not a consequence of misdirected calcium deposits but rather the body’s desperate attempt to stabilize soft plaque.
I totally get what Cronos Tempi is saying as well. I used to go to a gym at 5 AM every work day, leaving home at 4:15 on my motorcycle for the 45 minute commute (the gym was very close to my work). The past 5 years I’ve been doing a lot of construction projects around the home and yard, and have let that take the place of formal exercising. But now that’s largely finished, so I started walking 2.5 miles every day. And now, finally, I have dusted off my very old weights and bench, got a used power rack, set it up in the garage with 8’ x 12’ of very old interlocking rubber mats, and am about to get back into weight training. Oh, and I’ve lost 25 lbs over the past year, via keto diet and a little bit of fasting. Still on 6 mg/wk of Rapamycin after Dr. Green got me started in 2018. Not sure why I’m writing all this personal stuff; it just struck a chord with me about vastly preferring to work out at home. Plus that sense of, “if I don’t keep up with my walking and exercising, I will die too young, and I don’t want that, so I’ll choose to exercise today.” Yes, it’s the stick, but I’m working on finding the carrot (in fact, I do enjoy my daily walks so much now, that I wouldn’t want to miss one).
