What are the odds, some random 2 billion year old rock I mentioned for fun?

Yeah, I knew about c-60 and couldn’t find it on the list either. I’m surprised they didn’t have it on there. Sarah Westall sells it on her program all the time. Supposed to cure all kinds of stuff. LOL.

Yes, it is a little pricey even if you make your own.

Frome SES Research:

"SINGLE BOTTLE ESS60 AVOCADO OIL

ESS60 - Carbon 60, 99.99% in Avocado Oil Extra Virgin, Organic, 120ml" $79.95"

From “https://www.sesres.com/carbon-60-supplements/c60-in-avocado-oil/

I agree with @Bicept, that avocado oil is your best bet to avoid digestive tract problems.

I tried C60 in olive oil several years ago but felt no subjective benefits, I didn’t notice any effect on my blood work so I didn’t continue taking it.

I’m sorry but there is little proof that this does anything in humans.

FWIW: Here are two YouTube videos showing step-by-step how to make your own C60 Olive Oil.

Interesting to see that Curcurma, Apigenin and Pterostilbene quite significantly reduced lifespan, with these worms at least.

I didn’t see the dosing. Give that these are all HDAC inhibitors (which IMO are harmful in high doses, but beneficial in small doses see Queen Bees/Royal Jelly and beta Hydroxybutyrate during keto) it worries me if the worms respond badly to HDACi whilst other species respond well to that.

HDACi can cause apoptosis through ATP depletion in large quantities and would cause ATP shortage if not high enough to kill.

I suppose it comes down to a dosage level really.

I agree John. I think they should test at 3 levels for everything. Otherwise you’re just shooting blind. The dosage is very important.

Are people allowed to choose the dosage, or what’s going on?

I answered this a few posts above. You are free to email them to setup a custom experiment however.

Just remember that things that are bad for worms are not necessarily bad for mammals. Likewise things that are good for worms may or may not be good for mammals.

This experiment is to identify things that are good for worms and then try them out on mammals to see if they work.

This process isn’t perfect.
