What is your fisetin dosage?
Do you also take a high dose with dasatinib for senolytic effect?

Do you also take a high dose with dasatinib for senolytic effect?
What is your dose for each?
Currently, once a week - I am dosing 1 pill 2mg rapamycin with a fresh squeezed Red Grapefruit - getting a 12 mg as my c-max.
I do TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) 1 ml - 200 mg injection once weekly - 4 days after my rapamycin dose.
I take 1 pill 400 mg Fisetin nightly. I hope that helps.
Can you link to where Huberman mentions garlic with Alpha GPC?
Why do you take at night?
He mentions garlic in his podcast on supplements.
Hahaha.
Last thing I do take my supplements and crash. Let them work while I sleep.
It seems like we might benefit from a Dementia prevention category that is separate from Nootropics/Mushrooms
Canagliflozin is an SGLT2 inhibitor while Pioglitazone increases insulin sensitivity. I wonder if they might be synergistic?
I think there may be a risk of dehydration and low blood pressure because SGLT2 inhibitors make you pee more. Pioglitazone can cause hypoglycemia so be careful about fall risk I am guessing.
On my drug interaction checker, it says they can be used together
I’ve never heard Attia say a single word about fisetin, much less that he actually takes it. Did you actually hear him say this, or was this from a second hand source? Mayo clinic is currently doing a study in humans, but no results yet. Doesn’t seems like something Attia would take without more evidence of benefit.
Let me go back and listen… I play his conversations with Matt K. over and over. Going on a trip this afternoon… will see if I can find it.
I kind of remember it as a big dose once a month… I take small dose daily. Will look. Thanks.
“Mayo clinic has done a few studies on it too.”
Was indicating they find it of interest and a possible importance. Fisetin
Hey Davin8r - Still going to look. But I might have confused seeing Dr. Attia and Fisetin juxtaposed together.

But, will do a deeper dive. Appreciate your double checking.
It is not identified in his supplements - so maybe no.

We have knowledge that substances such as ketamine, Psilocybin, MDMA, and DMT can impact neurogenesis and synaptogenesis in the brain. These substances can also facilitate the connection of different areas of the brain that are not typically connected during normal consciousness. Based on personal experiences, it appears that some of these substances can lead to introspection and the potential to surpass everyday thinking. Essentially, they can “exercise the mind” and promote growth similar to how physical exercise can benefit muscles.
However, it is not yet clear whether this enhanced brain activity translates into long-term brain health. Ketamine, for example, is known to activate the mechanistic target of rapamycin complex 1 (mTORC1).

I am encouraged by this article, which I think would have received more press if the agents were patentable.
“I’ve never heard Attia say a single word about fisetin” . Thanks I have edited the post.
