New evidence indicates that we may not age gradually but in sudden spurts. This is more or less what happened to me. I had no doctor, took no meds, and was never sick until I reached my seventieth year. And then it hit me all at once.

I agree with that. Personally, I noticed quite a decline from 40 to 50 and another from 75 to 80.

Is this the same study we discussed months ago, about how we age acceleration around 40s and 60s ? The article is behind a paywall.
