NAD boosting not necessarily good

There was a Lustgarten video that said 1 g was optimal so I switched to that.

I feel less fatigued in general on NMN. As for blood impact, I am not sure as my supplement stack is constantly changing. I hope to get to a steady state where I can tweak and examine. So, I can’t comment on NMN specific changes.
