I noticed that my ALT from zembe went up about 10 or 15 in the Spring - Howeve I wrote it off as a little disruption and it was at the very high end of normal. Acarbose was then added and i retested about 3 months later with the 110. So maybe it was just one and my body reacts negatively? I am doing a third test in about a week (off both). Then I’ll maybe at Zembe back in in a few months in a controlled test to see if it has an effect.
Both have literature indicating they can elevate ALT a bit, but it’s not common. I am a carrier for a liver/lung disease (not diagnosed, just tested), so maybe I have some genetics that make me more sensitive as well.
