Latest update on importing Rapamycin to the US?

Hey there I’m seeing some threads on this but I’m kind of confused what the current status is and there are a lot of posts that are out of date.

I was on the fence about getting started with Rapamycin due to some other health challenges and was thinking of going the AgelessRX route or something like that. However in the meal time I’m thinking I may want to start my cat on it due to having chronic kidney disease and a possible tumor, so it seems like ordering 1mg tablets would be the best bet as we could both try it.

I’ve used All Day Chemist in the past but they still don’t have an update on their site about when shipping to the US would resume. Rapashop was recommended to me and seems to be cheaper than All Day Chemist but has no warning or update about shipping, however I’m worried that if I just go ahead and order something will get stuck in customs somehow.

Are all Rapamycin imports to the US pretty much suspended until further notice?

Hello, I am new here and hoping to find the latest updates as they come in re: purchases from India or elsewhere–pricing, reliability, etc.

I’ve been on rapamycin for several months. A push health doctor wrote a script for me, and phenomenally, my insurance covered the script. But my insurance next year will require in-network prior authorizations for rapa–something I cannot attain. Potentially I could use GoodRx at CVS to fill it, through the price has gone up. The combo of Push Health and GoodRx is pretty steep. More than that, I’m nervous that the pharmacy itself might now request the prior authorization??

I am severely ill and hoping rapamycin might start to turn that around, as it does for some with my condition. I’ve titered up to 4mg/week successfully (but with severe side effects at each increase) and am aiming for 6mg/week. In the meanwhile, I’ve had benefits for a skin condition (which doesn’t harm me but is unsightly) and very notable benefits for select injuries due to connective tissue disorder. I’m sure that having to suddenly get off it would throw the immune system into a spiral in addition to losing the benefits.

I’m kicking myself for not using my one refill sooner–I could have made another Push Health appointment before the end of the year if I had.

Live and learn!

Thank you. I spent a long time on that thread, but I I have strict limits on my cognitive expenditures because of illness and was just completely lost. I think I’m just going to be wait a month or so and see if there is clearer information that includes the exact prices per mg pill, whether or not there’s upset on the USside, exactly who to go to, and all that.
