Been trying to convince people that nature is therapeutic but they insist on pharmaceuticals. Tell them how your hike added years to your lifespan.

Also, it is not either exercise and lifestyle OR pharmaceuticals. You can use both :slight_smile:

Nope… like with aging… (how I found Rapamycin)… that didn’t look like my thing.

Researched and was an early adopter for Cologuard. Patient 356 or so lol. Like taking Rapamycin, I was told I was crazy… it wasn’t safe. Going to die of colon cancer… it took my personal physician months to approve… dropped him afterwards.

You can only be tested every 3 years. I just finished my third test in 9 years … double negative. Now it is standard in required annual physical through HR… over colonoscopy.

So sadly, or not… I will ever know the salty fluid drink or feel of that tube. :thinking:
