Great list. I am too old to count as a millennial, but I have recently adopted a bunch of those. And, I had no idea that the weight vest was a thing.
Here’s the deal-lio… if we have gained back 20-ish years due to rapamycin dosing for several years. Then, we born in 1961… are actually biologically more like a person born in 1981… so the list works for early rapamycin adopters equally.
