Hello, is there any information about other types of citric fruits, like lemon, and orange, changing the availability on medicine intake?
In my region Grapefruit is not easily available.

Yes - anything that inhibits the CYP 3A4 enzyme will work, and yes to varying degrees different citrus fruits do it. You’ll have to research each specific fruit you are considering.
