I have been using some hydrating serum morning and night. Helps some, but like BLSM, if I have a high sodium dinner, the bummers are back the next morning.
It doesn’t have to be smoothies from Amazon - even a Scotch tape will work. Long before “smoothies” were invented, I used white surgical tape on some areas of my face very successfully. Any tape that does not irritate or damage skin will work.
TBH… for me, the extra pressure of the satin mask and goggles seem to remove a bit more fluid. A bit more cumbersome, but my N=1 better for me. Others might find Smoothies or tape adequate.
Thanks. I will try. If using the smoothies, is there any point to also having the satin mask? If so, which goes on first, the smoothies? Sorry for these questions, but this is all new to me.
Apparently goggles work better for you. So stick to that familiar method. It works for you! Everybody is different.
The triangular smoothies you use could be too short for you. You need them crescent shape covering the whole area under your eyes, or instead of using one triangle use three. Also, when you apply them there should not be hanging skin at the edges as it shows on your first picture. Look at my picture - no hanging skin at the edges. Another reason could be that you already have stretched skin. The purpose of triangles is to prevent skin from stretching. Yours is already stretched. Triangles won’t shrink it. I think you reached a point of no return - you were supposed to start skin care 10-15 or even 20 years ago. I started mine when I was 16. What will help is some HA fillers (or a facelift).
Satin mask sounds like a good idea but I never tried it. I like face taping. It’s a preventative method. It also prevents moisture from escaping. It apparently works better on skin that doesn’t show much damage.
