DeStrider's Rapamycin Protocol

After looking at all my supplements and their interactions through Google’s AI, I have learnt the following:

  1. Coffee lowers absorption of B12 and B vitamins.
  2. Coffee lowers absorption of Zinc and Zinc should be taken at night, so I will move this supplement to my night stack.

I have updated my stack to reflect this. I am concerned about moving B vitamins to the night as it may interfere with my sleep.

Are you taking Zinc daily? I take it only when I’m under the weather or have an active infection.

I take Zinc on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If I take it daily it gives me GI problems.

I don’t really have a “night stack” apart from taking melatonin during the night. However, I would think different B vitamins would be likely to have different effects on sleep.

Zinc is I think something that is really easy to over do. It is an important trace element, but I dropped it right back to what is in the solgar multivitamin twice a week.

After 10 years of 22mg zinc picolinate daily, I had to stop, because it appeared to be the primary cause of months-long reactive gastritis. Yes, you can overdo zinc.

I’ve gone through and updated my posts with what I’ve learned along the way. There’s quite a bit of nuance to fine tune this process!
