I don’t really have a “night stack” apart from taking melatonin during the night. However, I would think different B vitamins would be likely to have different effects on sleep.
Zinc is I think something that is really easy to over do. It is an important trace element, but I dropped it right back to what is in the solgar multivitamin twice a week.
After 10 years of 22mg zinc picolinate daily, I had to stop, because it appeared to be the primary cause of months-long reactive gastritis. Yes, you can overdo zinc.
One of the best and most noticeable changes I have made to my stack was replacing 5 mg Atorvastatin with 2 mg of Pitavastatin. I thought that Atorvastatin wasn’t causing me any muscle myopathy at this low of a dose (certainly much less than higher doses), but as soon as I made the switch, the difference was night and day! I feel much better and healthier on pitavastatin!
Note that I am statin intolerant and results may vary.
