Carnivore diet - before and after agriculture

I don’t give a sh*t what your diet is. The markers tell the story. Are you healthy? Is your blood work good? Is your BMI good? If they are, good for you. Your diet is acceptable.

I’ll struggle with just meat alone. Maybe I’ll try.

Meat contains dozens of times more advanced glycation end products (AGEs) than vegetables, fruits, and grains. Glycation is one of the fundamental mechanisms of aging.

I think that’s a good enough reason to give up a carnivorous diet.

I do not agree. I know for a fact that most of my vegetarian friends always have teeth issues… most if not all have crowns. My teeth are all still intact.

My gylcans measures me at 45 years biological age – will be chronological age 67 years in a few weeks.

Low inflammation.

I am a heavy carnivore… pound of steak every other day… past 8 years. Coronary Calcium Scan zero… taken twice past 2 years. Heart of someone under 35 years.

The spike on the scale was during heavy rapamycin dosing for 7 months.

Definitely rapamycin makes a huge difference on inflammation.
