Blood level of Sirolimus 45 minutes after taking 6g?

What blood level of Sirolimus should I expect 45 minutes after taking 6g of Siroboon?

Its really hard to tell. In the first two hours after taking rapamycin the blood level spikes dramatically then falls off just as quickly, as you can see here. As a result, if you test 10 minutes later or earlier you could see dramatically different results. And, no studies have done blood/sirolimus testing every ten minutes to get the exact curve over a shorter period of time (e.g. the first few hours after dosing), so we don’t have any good references to compare against, all we have is the study below, which is hard to translate to personal experiences:

It also varies quite a lot by person/genotype, race, etc.

Also - this thread touches upon the blood/sirolimus curve after dosing… and has some information you may find helpful: Rapamycin / MTOR Rebound effect in 3/12 non-GF and non-Keto patients

When I take 1 mg Rapamycin 2 hours before testing, my trough would be 5.4.
