Are sugar-free energy drinks pro or anti longevity? What are the best energy drinks? concerned about artificial sweeteners

High in Taurine to prevent heart attacks due to insane caffeine levels.

Edit the OP to remove the Celsius mention - it’s toxic. I recommend rowdy (though there is the microplastic uncertainty)

I’ve turned away from rowdy due to microplastic concerns in cans, now I use Chameleon coldbrew coffee or Tejava organic teas [both in glass]

I’d like to see it done with allulose, stevia, erythritol, monk fruit maybe xylitol.

Alternative to tejava at an anthropic event, though less available

I like Layne Norton’s brand Outwork Pre Workout for energy before a work out. Caffeine, rhodiola, beta alanine, and L-Dopa

Sucralose, commonly known as Splenda, is an artificial sweetener that’s been around since the late 1970s, discovered by accident during research for a new insecticide at Queen Elizabeth College in London. A researcher misinterpreted instructions to “test” a chlorinated sugar compound as “taste” it, found it sweet, and thus sucralose was born—a zero-calorie sweetener about 600 times sweeter than sugar.
